SENT Network is a decentralized data marketplace that enables users to contribute real-world sensor data to help train Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) systems. Users earn SENT tokens as rewards for high-quality data contributions.

Our platform collects the following types of data when you participate:

• Sensor Data: Accelerometer and gyroscope readings from your device
• Activity Descriptions: Text descriptions you provide for your activities
• Timestamps: When data collection occurs
• Device Information: Basic device type and capabilities
• User Wallet: Your generated Solana address for token rewards

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Data Quality

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful activity descriptions
• Only record data during genuine activities as described
• Not attempt to manipulate or falsify sensor readings
• Maintain reasonable data quality standards

3.2 Privacy and Consent

You confirm that:

• You have the right to record and share the sensor data from your device
• You will not record in private spaces where others have not consented
• You understand the data you contribute may be used to train AI models
• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Data Usage and Rights

4.1 License Grant

By contributing data to SENT Network, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, process, analyze, and distribute your contributed data for the purpose of training and improving AGI systems.

4.2 Data Anonymization

We implement measures to anonymize and aggregate your data before use in training models. However, you acknowledge that complete anonymization cannot be guaranteed for all data types.

4.3 Research and Development

Your data may be used for:

• Training machine learning and AGI models
• Research into embodied intelligence and robotics
• Improving our platform and data collection methods
• Creating synthetic datasets based on real-world patterns

5. SENT Token Rewards

5.1 Earning Tokens

You earn SENT tokens based on:

• Quantity of data points collected (currently 0.0015 SENT per data point)
• Quality assessment of your contributions
• Adherence to platform guidelines

5.2 Token Properties

SENT tokens are:

• Utility tokens within the SENT Network ecosystem
• Not securities or investment instruments
• Subject to network governance and protocol changes
• Transferable according to platform policies

5.3 Wallet Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Securing your generated Solana address
• Understanding that lost access cannot be recovered by Sentess
• Complying with applicable laws regarding digital assets

6. Platform Rules and Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to game the reward system through fake or manipulated data
• Use automated tools to generate false sensor readings
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
• Interfere with other users' data collection
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise platform security

6.2 Content Guidelines

Activity descriptions must be:

• Accurate and truthful
• Appropriate and non-offensive
• Relevant to the actual activity performed
• In English or other supported languages

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Storage

Your data is stored on:

• Google Firestore for primary data storage
• Your local device for wallet and preference information
• Our secure servers for processing and analysis

7.2 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms, unless you request deletion or as required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

8. Platform Availability and Changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. Data you've already contributed will remain in our systems unless you request deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms or platform guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Compromise platform security or other users' experience

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sentess operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
